By placing an order through I Ride Sideways, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the I Ride Sideways online store. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the I Ride Sideways online store. If you elect to purchase from other online retailers, using links provided on www.iridesideways.com, orders placed with those vendors might be subject to different terms.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through I Ride Sideways, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. I Ride Sideways may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason; decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by I Ride Sideways until the product has been shipped. Product Display/Colours
I Ride Sideways attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, I Ride Sideways cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.

I Ride Sideways makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the I Ride Sideways website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to I Ride Sideways products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to I Ride Sideways’ acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with I Ride Sideways, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, I Ride Sideways will issue a credit to the account from which it was charged.

I Ride Sideways will not share or sell any of your information with any third parties. Your information will be shared with the couriers we use and also depending on which payment method you choose, they may also require your information. our website is secured with an SSL.
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order using credit card through our site, via PayPal, Afterpay or Direct Deposit. I Ride Sideways uses both Australia Post and/or private couriers to ship orders, and all are sent via Registered Post. Shipping is free for all orders over $80. International orders are a flat rate of AU$30.00 no matter how much you purchase.
